Shipping & Returns
All orders are processed upon receipt. Please allow 2 business days for processing. Processing and shipping time estimates do not account for holidays or non - business days. Shipping costs may increase depending on weight, volume, postal code, and shipping method. Shipping method may be selected at checkout. Packages will be shipped in the order they are received. Remote areas may require additional time for delivery.
Standard Shipping
Standard Shipping rates will vary based on package weight and distance. Rates will be shown during the checkout process prior to payment. Please allow 2 business day for processing and 2 - 8 business days for delivery (based on distance). All orders received after 2: 00 PM EST will be processed the next business day.
Free Shipping
Free Standard Shipping is available to U.S. customers on orders totaling $100.00 or more prior to taxes and fees.
International Shipping
Please allow 2 business day for processing and 5 - 20 business days for delivery, depending on your location. Customs & Import fees may apply to some international orders. These fees fluctuate by country and by order value, and we have no influence or control over them. The customer is responsible for all customs and / or import fees. By law, we cannot lower the invoice value or send the order as a gift.
Order Tracking
You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order has been processed. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking number to become active. If you receive your confirmation email after 2 PM PST on a Friday, please allow until the following Monday for tracking to become available.
Returns & Refunds
We're confident that you will love all of what Famed offers but we understand if you do not. All labels and tags must remain attached. Items must also be unwashed and free of any fragrance/odor, damages and soiling for a store credit to be issued. Bodysuits are exempt from returns. Lashes are exempt from returns. Refunds will be issued as store credit ONLY. Once we receive your items and review, them we will send an email issuing the store credit. After 15 days of receipt, an item can no longer be refunded. In the event that your item arrives damaged, contact the Framed team as soon as possible.
All items purchased during sales are considered a final sale. NO EXCHANGES OR REFUNDS.
