Framed Beauties was started by China Bell, a Makeup Artist and Content Creator from Harlem, New York. 

- I’ve always had a slight obsession with colors. As a kid, I would look at advertisements and come up with ways I would use different colors to make the ad stand out better. My imaginary ads mostly consisted of pink and or purple; my two favorite colors at the time. Growing up in Harlem NY, it was almost comparable to living in an art gallery. I was surrounded by so much talent, color, culture, and extraordinary people. This allowed a young girl (me) to not be afraid to express herself through art; which, years later, paved my way to becoming a Makeup Artist and Beauty Content Creator.
